IMPORTANT INFORMATION
All high school aged youth are invited to our annual Stake Youth Conference. We are back in Cambria, CA again this year with special guest speaker Brad Wilcox from the General Young Men Presidency. The Senior Council has chosen the theme LET GO, LET GOD. At conference, we will explore ways to LET GO of things that slow our faith growth and LET GOD have more control over the details of our lives. You should familiarize yourself with Proverbs 3:5-6 before conference begins.
PURPOSE
Youth Conference exists for one purpose; to increase teenager's faith in Jesus Christ. Everything we do is geared towards accomplishing this goal. But we have a lot of fun and build meaningful relationships with each other along the way! Some of the fun things that will take place at conference this year include playing in the sand, large and small group games/activities, devotionals, and a multi-stake dance on the beach in Cayucos.
SCHEDULE
This year's conference will take place August 2-4 (and August 1st for the Senior Council) at Camp Yeager in Cambria, California.
DROP OFF: Everyone else will meet at the Fresno Stake Center on Tuesday, August 2nd, at 7am. We will leave at 7:30am. The drive from Fresno to our destination will be about two and a half hours. The address of our accommodations is 525 Ashby Lane, Cambria, CA.
PICK UP: We will return to the Fresno Stake Center on Thursday, August 4th. Please plan to pick up your youth at 3:30pm. We will contact you en route to confirm our arrival time.
